The story begins with Pietro and Giovanna Ligorio, who decided to embark on a professional adventure that is still ongoing today. Encouraged by Pietro’s experience as a chef and inspired by Puglian cuisine, they founded the pasta factory “Al Mattarello” with the aim of producing fresh pasta of the highest quality using selected raw materials
